Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and DailyDubs ("we", "us") for using the DailyDubs app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use DailyDubs.

1. Who can use DailyDubs

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of adulthood where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You're responsible for your account: keep your password safe, and give accurate information when you sign up.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

DailyDubs is a place to cheer each other on. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post or send anything that:

is sexual, nude, or sexually suggestive, or involves minors in any inappropriate way;
bullies, harasses, threatens, or intimidates anyone;
is hateful toward people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other identity;
shows or encourages violence, self-harm, or dangerous acts;
is illegal, or promotes illegal activity or drugs;
is spam, a scam, or pretends to be someone else;
shares someone else's private information or photos without permission;
infringes someone else's copyright or other rights.

We review reports, remove content that breaks these rules, and remove users who post it, usually within 24 hours.

3. Reporting and blocking

You can report any post or person from the ⋯ menu, and block anyone so you don't see each other. Reports are reviewed by us. Blocking someone also stops them from seeing your posts or following you.

4. Your content

You own the photos, captions, and other content you post. To run the app, you give us permission to store, display, and share your content with the people you choose to send it to. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account. Only post photos you took or have the right to share.

5. Our part

We may change, pause, or stop parts of the app, and we may remove content or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. DailyDubs is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it working and your data safe, but we can't promise the app will always be available or free of errors.

6. Health and safety

DailyDubs suggests everyday tasks like workouts and healthy habits. It isn't medical, fitness, or professional advice. Do what's safe for you, and talk to a professional before starting anything new for your health.

7. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, DailyDubs isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime in Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may end accounts that break these terms.

9. Apple

If you got DailyDubs from Apple's App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app if the changes are significant. Using DailyDubs after that means you accept the new terms.
